I paid 110$ 20 minutes ago for my oen ballons to be inflated. The dinosaure is almost empty of helium. And the 8 confetti balloons lack the sparkles they had to put. They are thieves and incompetents.
Im very disappointed with the costume I got. I went to pick it up 3 days ago and the package seemed unopened since everything was still wrapped, only to see today that the entire costume in the back was completely ripped open and the zipper was completely broken off. 115$ for something completely out of my control and I can't even get refunded. Very disappointed with the service.
Honestly their shipping policy with Fed Ex is horrible. So don't waste your money. I paid 50$ for priority shipping, the box wasn't delivered, and now they postpone the delivery to till next week. NOT acceptable as the contents were needed WHEN I needed them, not when they decide to deliver. The Box is sitting in FedEx Anjou facility collecting dust.
Went here to buy costumes for Halloween and yes, there's a lots of Halloween costumes to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Good stuff.

I am so grateful to the owner of the Marche Central’s Party Expert He is going out of his way to personally gather items from other stores to make sure that my grandchild’s birthday party be a success ! He and David at the time have always gone out of their way to make sure all our events would go on as planned !! Bless you for being so considerate !!! This is what I call true Customer Care
You don't have many choices like in west island but they have good costumer service the staff is ready to help and the owner
They do balloons b4 the scheduled day! And when you go back to complain the manager pretends like he will get you a new one but instead put the weak Helium into the balloons. A bunch of pretenders, act like the service they are giving out is not paid for, like the balloons are for free.
Huge place to find anything you need for a birthday party. Staff is friendly and helped us to find what we needed prices are not crazy expensive.
