worst store in montreal. completely overpriced balloon arrangements were delivered to our cooperate event, and they were delivered but left outside of the establishment without even attempting to bring them inside or contact us. I was not provided a receipt when the balloons were delivered and after 2 months of repeated calling and emails, I still have not received a receipt. Without a receipt this payment comes out of my pocket as my coorporation will not reimburse me. completely ridiculous customer service and prices

I have been getting my costumes here for 5 years!!! They have the best selection and reasonable prices! I like to go in the beginning of October and beat the madness. They have tights, gloves, masks, wigs, accessories. They have Male costumes, Kids, Teens, and Adults. Love it.

The worst overpriced costume shop in montreal. I went there to buy something, got told it was between 3-4 dollars. " it's over there" I was told. I looked and it wasn't. Then he said;" it must have been put elsewhere in the store". Ok... I waited..but he didn't help..it's the owner..well..his customer service skills suck so I left and said"ok, you've lost a sale" he talks back at me saying " doesn't matter". I was shocked by such a blatant lack of customer service and the rudeness I received. Not surprising that most of the time you can find the owner smoking a cigarette right outside of the store...guess the clients aren't going in much...wonder why.. For the record, the product I wanted cost half the price at johnny brown's..and they treat the client with respect too. I am NEVER going back to Moulin Rose again.
