We bought $60 worth of balloons for kids birthday. The favorite papa pig balloon started to leak. This ballon itself worth of $15. We called the store and attempt to make an exchange and acknowledged there is no guarantee. We were never informed the sales are final and thought the store would cover defect like this. We are 100% unsatisfied about the store policy as they should inform the customer when making a final sale. These are not dollar store kind cheap ballon and there is no guarantee.
Disappointing! I purchased a sweet 16 ballon bouquet that consisted of 2 foil numbered balloons and 6 latex balloons. Party city charges around 3$ EACH latex ballon to fill with helium. I purchased at 9 am and by 5 pm the latex balloons had lost their float and were sitting on the ground.I know they don’t last long, but less than 12 hours...that seems unreasonable. The bouquet in total cost $70.
The confetti balloons deflated in less than 12 hours. I looked through the reviews and it seemed that my case was not the first. If you already know that this is happening, why don't you at least inform the buyer that this is possible? the mood of the child is spoiled. We won't be ordering from you again. Bad service for big money. I already called to your customer support service. And they say they can’t help me. And they’re don’t know what to do. They said that maybe I have to go to your store and show them my balloons. Maybe in store they will have some ideas. Maybe not. Funny There’s the solution for you guys: 1 Go to google: How to prepare confetti balloons 2 Use hi-float 3 Teach your staff to do it properly 4 Enjoy Otherwise stop selling this position. Even refund will not make your customer happy. Cause birthday just once per year. Daughter’s last birthday we celebrated at bombshelter due to the war in our country.And this year it was extremely important for us to make her birthday special. Sad.
Extremely poor service. Ordered balloons in the morning, at the time of collecting they asked for more money for hillium. Apparently the employee in the morning didn't know the rule!!! Store supervisor Julianna and Bailea conveniently washed off their hands off and wanted me to pay almost $100 for blowing up balloons, which other stores would happily do for free! Notw I am also not getting any refund too. Spoiled my party for sure.
It's such a great place! There are tons of options for all kinds of parties and events! They have lots of great small options for loot bags too.
I'm starting up a children's party entertainment business and these folks had almost everything I needed to create my character. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not a big costume selection this time of year it's March as I write this but still plenty of options.
Great service and great variety in items to get for a party! This store is gigantic and has pretty much everything you could possibly be looking for. If you need ideas for your party come here browse a bit and I'm positive you'll find something for your party. A must for anyone planning an event!
I really enjoyed my visit! It was my first time here and not my last. There is a large variety of decor, candy, supplies, etc that can cater to any type of party you're planning to have! There is a handful of staff working the floor so you'll always have any of your questions answered. The prices are affordable here! I highly recommend this place!
Great selection but seemed to be run by 20yr olds and under when I was there which is fine....but there's less motivation with wanting to get things done in a timely manner.
Great store! Carries such a great selection and variety of items. Prices are great too! It's hard not to find what you're looking for here. They sell and fill so many different types of balloons. They sell cake & cupcake decorating stuff, paper plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, loot bag toys, kids gifts, wedding decorations, greeting cards, costumes. Tons of different themes and everything you can't find anywhere else.
