Prices are generally fair, although it should be noted that you'll get what you pay for here; the less costly your party supplies, the more likely they are to be cheaply made. This place has always got a lot of really decent party stuff. They range from the exquisite and rather expensive specialty stuff, do your basic party supplies for pretty cheap. I like the range of choices.

Wanted to return two items two weeks after I bought them (just because I had no use for them anymore). Didn't know if they would provide a refund or store credit or nothing -- they gave me a full refund and did it in less than a minute! Customer service was wonderful. Would buy from here again.
