I've been to GNC three times recently and every time Janice is working. She oversold me on a few products the first time. I went back and was inside the store when she told me I had to leave, because it was past closing. I go back a third time and finally get a refund, only it's for the wrong amount. It's clearly written on the receipt and I don't notice until it's too late. Never going back there again. A waste of money and time.
