Good thing is we can find products related with special themes like Minecraft, Super Mario. Only the smell in the store is a bit uncomfortable due to the chemicals used in the products.nA bonus is they can use Triangle reward card.
I have never been more upset with my purchase after having an incredibly bad experience with Party City. Less than 10 hours passed after purchasing the balls, and HALF WAS ALREADY lying on the floor and this ruined the surprise for my family, which in my opinion shows the terrible quality of service, which made me give 1 star.
I’ll look over the fact that the store still has empty rows three weeks post Halloween. It does have a lot of everything you need for a great party. Everything. I also find the prices to be very reasonable. The consistent issue is the people who work their. They seem like they would rather work anywhere else but here... and it’s a party store. Today’s highlight. After paying the cashier, who had interest in doing her job, half attempted to fold the receipt it was a large order of several hundred dollars,she then gave up and crumpled it at me.... at least I got a lot of fun stuff.
So very unimpressed with the staff at this store. I placed an online pick up, filled out my name, a pick up persons name, both emails, both phone numbers, everything. However when that person went to pick up, staff would only accept the QRcode. What was the entire point of giving my name, a pick up persons name, and all that other information if they weren’t even going to use it? Between trying to work my job and figuring this out it was 11 minutes. Horrible customer service, horrible job on the staffs part.
They have a wide selection of cool stuff! This is my go-to place for party needs and Halloween costumes. I took this video last Halloween, and they're so adorable! Now, I'm curious how their shelves look for the Christmas season.
