Went at 7:30 PM on Friday night to get 20 balloons with helium and it was $58, pretty pricey so I wanted to make sure the balloons would last until my party on Saturday night. The girl working ensured me that they guarantee 24 hours of helium. To my dismay all the black balloons were on the ground by 3:30 PM yesterday. How ridiculous when it cost me almost $60 for a thin piece of rubber and AIR and they couldn’t even last 24 hours. Not to mention the staff were having inappropriate personal conversations while I was standing right there waiting for my balloons. Not happy at all, what a waste of $60
I’ll look over the fact that the store still has empty rows three weeks post Halloween. It does have a lot of everything you need for a great party. Everything. I also find the prices to be very reasonable. The consistent issue is the people who work their. They seem like they would rather work anywhere else but here... and it’s a party store. Today’s highlight. After paying the cashier, who had interest in doing her job, half attempted to fold the receipt it was a large order of several hundred dollars,she then gave up and crumpled it at me.... at least I got a lot of fun stuff.
Balloons turned out great, until less than 24 hours later the helium balloons are already losing all their buoyancy… what ever grade helium is being used is not sufficient. We have other balloons from another event in our home that are over 2 weeks old and are still floating at the ceiling.
Good thing is we can find products related with special themes like Minecraft, Super Mario. Only the smell in the store is a bit uncomfortable due to the chemicals used in the products.nA bonus is they can use Triangle reward card.
This store has a great selection and friendly staff. Michelle was a real standout, she went above and beyond for us.
