One of the nicest cake stores I have been too, very clean and well stocked. Came in for chocolates to make for Christmas gifts and the staff was very helpful, will definitely be back soon.

Huge selection of supplies & decent pricing. However, employee with blue hair was very unpleasant & not helpful whatsoever. Their customer service definitely needs to be improved. Also, I would go here much more often, but their 6pm close time makes it extremely difficult to do so.

I been to a lot of cake supply stores and they have the best selection of decorating and cookie cutters around, also very helpful and friendly.

Very immature and rude co-workers. When a problem arose, management did nothing to solve anything, saying they didn't want to get involved when that is their job. Communication skills were almost nonexistent. Teamwork skills were shamefully lacking. Yes, it is a great store. They have amazing supplies and great cakes, but the inner workings are weak. I witnessed very inappropriate conversations between workers when people were still present in the store.. very sad. I wouldn't recommend working there. What a shame.

Great store for all your baking needs! There was such a great variety of items and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly!
