Of course, Ethel's cookies and dessert bars are incredibly yummy, but her Hummingbird Muffins are my favorite! No extra anything in them, just the best wholesome deliciousness! When you find Ethel's treasures at your market, try everything. If you can't find them, make the extra effort to go after them -- to St Clair Shores, if you have to. Call first -- they're busy.

From the discovery of their Eastside location to sampling their entire Gluten-Free bakery menu...I am positively ecstatic about Ethel's Edible delights!😙...Staff are informed, friendly professionals who take great pains to research & pioneer ingredients & flavor varieties in order to prepare & ensure a finished product that seems effortless & delectable!😋...Thank you Vicki & staff for offering superior goods & service to those of us with food allergies...you're positively THE BEST!!😍
