Partnership Community Health Center Dental Site

Very unorganized facility, doesnt keep documentation on file, charge according to their faulty income verification program that inaccurately tracts income, gets rude when you ask why you are being charged outside your income guidelines and are blamed for their mistakes. Just because some one is poor doesn't mean you need to disregard their family as uneducated and not knowledgeable about paying a bill. I contacted this facility numerous times over months and months to pay a bill and could never get any one to call me back. It takes months to get in for an appointment, or to have some one call you back. They recently switched their phone services to allow patients to talk to the billing department but you were not able to easily access billing before, and now that an inaccurate bill was charged to my family and sent to collections there is "nothing they can do". It's unfortunate they can't just look up the mistake that was made, but they they don't even have documentation. What a joke of a clinic. Real nice job of "helping families", def did not sound like it each time I called. I would rather go broke paying out of pocket somewhere than use this unprofessional clinic.

Dr heather is a awesome dentist. My granddaughter had her tooth knocked out ,well almost completely and dr heather made her comfortable and her smile shine again...thank you again and I recommend heather!!!

Seriously? All the negative reviews seem to come from med-seekers. I came in and everyone, from the front desk to the assistant, to the amazing Dr. Were more than I could have hoped for. My tooth is fixed, and in ONE visit, my pain is gone, and I have 2 more appointments that I am so grateful for. Thank you so much!

Seeing all these negative reviews is very sad.. I was terrified to go after reading these, but I had no choice. I have had nothing but great experience there. Everyone is friendly and seems very knowledgeable. And yes they call 2 days before to make sure you confirm to come. If you can't check a message or number within 2 days I guess that's on you, not them. Anyways I love it there!! And they have never hurt me and I am terrified of the dentist.
