Dental Associates Appleton

Doctor Smith is fantastic. But it's hard to get an appt. with her. It took 18 months + to get my child in for a check up, which led to greater dental issues for my child. After discovering she needed dental work for cavities to save her teeth, we were told that they could not get her in to begin treatment for another 6 months, which would would have led to further pain and more issues. We went to another dentist who was able to see her for treatment within a few weeks to stop further pain and decay.

The staff is so friendly and does well with my autistic son. They never get upset at him and always are compassionate with him. I highly recommend them to anyone with children. They have a nice toy are with video games so kids can play while I get dental care as well.

There is no way I could ever recommend this place or the Oral Surgeon, he lack compassion for his patients. He doesn't care if you are numb before injecting novacaine. Dental Associates on Appletons North side is an awesome place Dr Lambert is a very gentle Dentist. Here at College Ave location not so much. I was not offered temporary dentures when my teeth were pulled out. I still suffer from pain from the teeth removal in May. I have 3 more appointments here before I can get my dentures, really not looking forward to returning here.

Horrible experiences ever time! Customer service has been terrible at this facility. Staff are rude from the moment you walk in the door. This site does not deserve one star. Had attempted to speak with manager and were conveniently unavailable. Refuse to return after another terrible experience today. Would not recommend this facility to anyone for any reason.

My husband and myself have been going to this clinic for several years and have nothing but good to say about them. They never push unnecessary treatments on you and offer supplemental insurance only if you need it. It has always been a good experience for us!
