I can't say enough good things about my experience with Parr. I needed a new windshield, and every step of the process was handled with attention and courtesy. A lovely surprise, when we went to pick up my vehicle, they had cleaned the exterior, AND interior! As a mom, I'm so grateful that they dealt with the cheerio/goldfish mess - not only does my windshield look amazing, but they crossed off an item on my to-do list by cleaning my vehicle! Personable staff, and  sweet surprise touches will have me recommending this quality shop to everyone that needs auto body/car detailing work!

The customer service is fantastic at Parr. One of the most enjoyable experiences I have had dealing with an auto body shop. Reception kept me informed on what stage of the process they were at which does not happen often with car shops. They also clean the inside and outside of your car AND give you a bag of cookies! Great experience, thanks Parr!

Parr made us feel like valued customers throughout the entire process of repairing our car. Within minutes of contacting them, we had a response (we contacted them by email through the website). Despite the fact that they were closed for Christmas, Brayden made time to look at our car, he gave us advice about whether or not we should be driving it, and to got the repair process started. He was clear about their availability and about the likely time period involved in getting parts. We received updates about the car from Samantha, so even when one part was back-ordered, we had lots of time to make other plans. 

When we got the car back, the repairs were perfect. It looks amazing, and it runs great. Inside, it was thoroughly detailed. We also got some delicious cookies! We initially chose Parr because of their rating on Google, and it was very easy to see why they have such a great rating: they go the extra mile in service, they do excellent work, and they communicate well throughout the repair process.

Another great experience at Parr.  I asked James in the shop about my headlights when leaving and he brought the car back into the shop and educated me on how to fix my problem while repairing it himself.  Awesome!  I have been referring for years and will continue to do so.

My wife dropped her Kia off and was treated very well and they looked after everything including the rental.
When we returned which was very close to closing, they actually stayed a bit later for us, my wife's vehicle of course was finished but it looked fantastic. Like a new vehicle. 
They had washed it completely inside and out and even left us a bit of a tasty surprise.
