Older hotel, but you can see that the owners are spending the cash to upgrade the rooms. Modern bathroom, induction cooktop, small fridge, a few dishes, pots & pans. Very clean

The management was very nice but their cleaning staff needs to be improved immediately as clearly they can't clean a room and they didnt change my sheets for a week until I addressed it. So my experience here was.... so-so

Good proximity to Waterton National Park and is dog friendly but that’s where the good stops. We stayed in a more renovated room but there were still issues like the kettle and electrical outlets not working. The towels smelled damp and the mirrors were not cleaned properly. Service was non existent, no invoice provided and the WiFi didn’t work. For over $250 per night with dogs I’d expect a little more. If it was cheaper I’d say you get what you pay for but not in this case.

Room was in a basement. Smelled of old cigarettes and sweat wear. Stairs down to room full of old mud. No daily room housekeeping. Our group had Toilets seats break, keys stopped working in the room. Beds were like layers of bubble wrap. Hard as a rock and made crump noises. Lack of towels, cups, glasses, paper products. Noise from floor above way too much. All this for $190 a night.  Not worth another attempt to please.

Other than being clean, which is very important not much to say.  No idea why a small room requires two fridges?  One glass, one cup, thin towels and an annoyed reception person.  We were tired, or would have carried on.
