Pool was way too cold to swim in and jets not working in hot tub. Loved room layout, beds comfy. Would have been nice to get continental breakfast with room, was not an offered option. Staff were pleasant, room was clean.
Worst service and way overpriced for buck. NO BREAKFAST. Pay extra for breakfast which was a joke. They have made some kind of deal with this Filipino rude guy in a breakfast type setting. Cannot enter without ticket which takes ages to get from front desk as they are not there first thing in the morning.nThere is no OJ until you literally have to get this guy to bring it. Coffee was terrible. Not allowed to get items on your own. You have to ask this guy first. Horrible!!!!nThe dumb staff at front desk didn't have a clue when arrived. Started charging everyone with higher rate.nKing bed room was mediocre. Can be compared to a standard one elsewhere.nThe roaring bathroom/shower fan was deafening.nDO NOT GO THERE. Lots of other chain hotels in the area. Very reasonable and WITH BREAKFAST.
We had a room in the older section on the first floor. It was infested with ants. They were in our suit cases and shoes. They didn’t come out until the late evening.nI went out to the desk at 1AM for a room change but they were full. I wanted a refund at checkout but they only gave me $30 off. I have phoned 3 times to speak to the manager and they will not return my calls. Do not stay here. I would stay 1 minute down the road at the Ramada. We were shaking ants out of our clothes when we unpacking at home. Disgusting.
Stayed in the hotel for a friends wedding, rooms weren’t bad, water pressure in the showers was outstanding.nWe had organised a function room for an evening meal after the ceremony and were supposed to have a server stay in our room the entire time.nThe server was never in the room with us and I was constantly chasing after him to get drinks and food orders, after our first drinks order I went looking for him 30 mins later and found him standing in the bar on his phone and had only picked up two bottles of beer at this point.nAt another time both the server and bar man were live streaming on their phones instead of being with us.nThe meal was very slow, food arrived slowly and the bride and grooms meal as well as one kids meal was completely forgotten about until I went and reminded them.nThey did not eat until every one else was long finished.nAn extremely frustrating experience, put a damper on the entire evening, although I must give credit to Emma at the front desk, she took it upon herself to come and serve us herself, get our orders through to the kitchen and overall gave us 10X better service than our server whilst doing her own job at the same time.nnI expressed all this to management at checkout, not a lot can be done but a very poor showing from the staff.
The rooms were disappointing, with an unpleasant odor and an outdated appearance that didn't match the pictures online. There were often missing something, requiring me to request them at the front desk. Additionally, breakfast was not provided for all guests.nnThe pool area is nice and renovated, but no one could use it because it was so cold. The hot tub was the only good thing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. It is not worth the price for what it offers.
