The room was very spatious and comfortable. I liked the layout with shower, toilet and closet in separate private areas.nThe pool was warm but the hot tub wasn't working. Recommend to bring towels from the room as we couldn't find them there. The hotel was very empty and still they couldn't accommodate for us to be on the third floor for some reason. The front desk lady wasn't very nice. Oh the incidental deposit was $250, so more than the night lol, never had to leave that much. The breakfast was good. Location is good too.
- Upon check-in it was an inconvenience to get the staff off of their phone to actually check us in. They didn't provide any info to help with the stay and the biggest takeaway from the experience was how much we were disrupting her evening on her phone by checking in.n- The shower head in the room would not stay in place and had to use wet toilet paper to wedge it in place so it stopped spraying all over the bathroom. Staff at front desk said they could not fix it without maintenance and that wouldn't happen during our stay.n- The breakfast was really good and a great value.n- We were staying with a hockey team for a tournament. The pool ran out of towels at 7pm and they refused to get more or try to get more. They offered hand towels as an option. At this point there were upwards of 50 kids in the pool area and there were no towels. How they have no foresight to have towels available when the hotel is booked solid is beyond me.n- Were not advised that there was no housekeeping provided.n- Rooms were ok, but not great.n- For the price, I expected a better experience. Wouldn't recommend going here, but know there are limited options.
Shower is cold tv is out of date. Only thing place has going for it is the great staff, good location, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows and large roomsnRooms are nice spacious and the staff are awesome. If it was not for the staff and location being so good id give it 0 stars if able.nStay here a lot due to work only letting us stay here when in pincher. If was my choice id not recommendnTV is pretty out if date and the best part of the day after a long hard work day are the cold showers. Only run the hot water tap to jump in a cold shower. I guess thats one way to save on water to get people out of the shower ASAP
Liked the stay, the room was not bad kinda looked old but i dont mind that very much and everything was clean. Good hot tub and swimming pool. The only problem i had was the breakfast. It was not special at all like i read in the reviews that their breakfast was a buffet and very good. that and the swimming pool was the reason i actually chose this hotel over others. While the swimming pool was great the breakfast was a total let down and they told me they dont do buffet unless the hotel is full. So i was very disappointed in that because i paid $20/night extra for the breakfast included and i was getting eggs and bread with potatoes. Which i can get from anywhere for alot less. Thats the only reason i cut 2
I stayed here with my husband for a weekend getaway to Waterton. The prices was right especially with breakfast included. The breakfast was really good both days we were here. The pool was spacious and my and husband and I loved the Alexa to choose our music selection. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. We'll definitely come here again.
