They gave me a ticket when I displayed my receipt on the dash. I went there and showed them I paid and they told me I had to wait until the next day. I have a busy schedule and was unable to so I had to pay the full price for a parking ticket..

I received a ticket within my parking time even when I already paid my parking fee, the front desk staffs are not helping at all and was very rude. Ironically the building is also the welcome centre of U of M.

Untrained, careless, unobliging and discourteous staff at the front desk. I have personally had bad experiences. Overall a money making business.
