Bay Parkade

The parking lot stairs are soaked with Urine.. I was gagging and washed the sole of my shoes at the Winnipeg Clinic. Whom ever owns this, please maintain your property. If I pay to use the parking lot, that should include a clean area. USE Bleach... IT'S CHEAP

Fairly convenient location for patients visiting the Winnipeg Clinic. The pipes of this parkade leaked and formed ice on the floor! Side note: the overpass is for accessing an office building only and does not connect to the winnipeg Clinic.

Empty and unused. Very unorthodox behavior there. People smell like booze and make everyone feel more unsafe. Really scary place while waiting for a bus in the evening if working late. Wow. Can’t go to any bus shelter. Kind of a nightmare.

1. Significant leakage of water which may cause building collapse in the future 2. You cannot pay with card, only with cash Management has addressed neither problem in 4 weeks.

They need to put a security mirror in the stairwell on the Bay side so you can see around the corner. I start work early and not many people are around, I was feeling like I wasn't sure what I was going to find around that corner felt unsafe so I started just taking the ramp down to the first level in the mornings. Also agree with review about the urine smell, it is really bad around the stairwells, its open to the public/outside so probably a lot of homeless people are hanging out there at night.

No signage indicating how to exit the parkade, and after realizing i was going the wrong way there was no safe way to turn around. On top of that, the attendant was rude and made a condescending comment about how "you're the only person who's made that mistake in a long time" while rolling his eyes. Not a good or even mediocre experience.

Pay when you park, not when you leave. Could use better signage for where the pay terminals are and more terminals.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in the parkcade and on the phone useless on the phone and some days I can only pay cash or check some day debit the f never recommend

Sketchiest place in Downtown Winnipeg. AVOID!
