Just finishing up a stay at the Park Hyatt and have been absolutely blown away by the exceptional service here. All of the staff from reception to valet and housekeeping have been incredibly warm and welcoming. The beds are so comfortable, bath robes and slippers in the room, a HUGE shower, nespresso machine, lots of room for luggage, and very close to the metro and shopping areas. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience here, we were able to get requested quiet room and when we arrive, there are extra surprises in room! I mean prepared fruit dishes and sparkling water. After Canada Air experience, this hotel exceeded our expectations by greatly.

Service was amazing from arrival to departure. Nicolas was quick with a smile and graciously got all our bags from the car. It was dropped off in the room immediately after check in. Front desk was very helpful Housekeeping had the room impeccable. Quickly showered and changed for drinks in the lounge then moved to the writers room. Service was attentive. Drinks were delicious. Tartare was delicious with the seaweed crisps. Appreciate the surprise treats in the room after a night out in TO. Enjoyed my espresso from the Nepresso machine in my room. Valet was wonderful especially in this freezing weather. I felt lucky to have Nicolas help us with our bags. He managed to get all the luggage and bags into the car. Applause goes out to Nicolas and his colleagues for the amazing service in making us comfortable while we were away from home.

Magnificent experience. They upgraded me to a corner sweet for a decent charge . The room was spectacular. Location of the hotel was the heart of Yorkville. You only need your feet to get around .Rooms: 5/5

“The room is comfortable, clean, well kept. The bed is very good size, very comfortable. No noise from the busy Clark Adam square whatsoever. The Buda Castle Hill funicular is a few steps away, location is excellent.

Perfect central location … you can walk anywhere easily… great breakfast … large rooms that overlook the Ponte Vecchio… friendly staff… clean.. they have a garage nearby for your vehicle unload at the hotel and they take it for you. Simple, easy and lovely hotel.Rooms: 5/5
