Kosher Wok and Roll

This place is a scam! $42.00 for veggies basically. We got home opened the bag and the containers are full of veggies only and not even full. The Chicken balls where false advertised compared to their photo on the website. I called the store back and mentioned the lacking portions, they mentioned to me they weigh their food and you only get 8oz of meat, it does not state on their website you get 8oz of meat. The owner was so rude he said that's all you get a generous 8oz of meat that we weigh on a scale. Also inconvenience they only take cash so I had to find an ATM to pay for my order also. They gave me the old excuse our debit machine is being switched. STAY AWAY if you want good quality, taste and portion. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Coming home from Sick kids hospital and our car broke down and we pulled into the parking lot. My wife and son came into the restaurant to get out of the cold and the nice man at the front offered us a meal on the house for our son. This was completely unexpected. Such generosity in a time of need when we were only looking to get out of the cold. I would recommend this place for both it's customer service and food was great.

I'm appalled at this store's customer service. Their Chinese food is OK and we've bought from there a few times. Today, Friday afternoon, my wife called around 12:45 I heard it because she happened to be using the speakerphone, asked what time they were closing, and the woman there said 2pm of course they need to close long before sundown but sundown today is 8:30pm. My wife asked if it was better to order ahead of time or to come in and get it made hot, and the woman said it was better to come in and order on the spot. My wife got there at 1:35pm and the chef had left!! So they couldn't make any food. Now she has to scramble to find prepared food elsewhere for Shabbat. A store that tells people at 12:45pm that they'll be open till 2pm and no need to order ahead of time should NOT be unable to cook after 1:35pm. That's TERRIBLE customer service. My wife drove almost 10km specifically to get up there.

My family and I enjoyed a feast from Wok & Roll last night. This was our first time taking advantage of this relatively new Chinese take out restaurant. The food was very fresh, expertly cooked, and seasoned to perfection! I highly recommend Wok & Roll for your next evening of Chinese food!

Nice presenration. Lost me on taste. Had the wonton soup. Boy was it salty. Had General Tao chicken, again looked nice in the container- the breading was mushy and was not as spicy as i would have thought.

Flavorless food... Made various mistakes on my order....left hungry. Food was not presented well. Staff extremely nice... customer service great..food horrible! Will not go back!

Jewish owed Chinese restaurant! Chinese chefs are hired to maintain the flavor while trying to mix with western style.

Friendly staff, had some seating but not tons. Food was yummy

Good food, and the manager worked hard to make sure we were satisfied.

Horrible food, horrible service. Go to golden chopsticks for a better meal.
