Parc provincial Les Jardins de la République

This was our second visit and we absolutely love this park! We stayed in a cabin which was clean, well maintained and quiet. Compared to a tent site it was very inexpensive. The washrooms were all very clean as well, hats off to the staff for maintaining such a clean park and facility. We have discussed future trips around a stop here again. Love it! Very well kept cabin, quiet atmosphere, decent wifi connection in the main pool building area, and clean bathrooms. Definitely would return if in the area again!

The park was easy to find. There is pavement all the way including the interior roads. It appears that they have just been newly paved. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. Our site, 85, was a pull through that was easily long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services 30 amp and water only were to the left side. Distancing is good for a rural park. Very few sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was very well manicured. There is NO park included wifi or cable TV. We did not find any OTA TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. There is also on site a pool and playgrounds There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a great overnighter. We paid $26.61 per night plus taxes and we feel we received very good value. We will be back if in the area again.

a terrific campground ! Clean and handy to washrooms even in the transient sites ...recomend this place highly! Staff are wonderful and very accommodating!

Very nice park. We ended up with a small very out in the open campsite because most were booked but we did take a walk around the park and there were alot of nice shaded sites. There is also a really nice heated pool that you can use for free if you're camping. There is also a botanical garden which costs around $20 to walk through. Nice walking trails as well.

A beautifully maintained park. The sites are large and spaced out very well and very clean. The fire pit was a little small and the noise from m the highway is quite evident, especially if you are in a tent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location as it is right off of the highway and right at the New Brunswick and Quebec border.

All hotels completely full on our way back from PEI, and as luck would have it we had some camping gear with us. So we booked one of there rustic cabins and decided to spend a night on our way Home to Ontario. What a great way to finish our trip. Park staff was fantastic, cabin is great and the person who was singing , was amazing. Definitely great way to finish our trip

This was a really nice spot, right on the river, not huge but didn't feel cramped. We stayed at campsite 23 which is a little busy but the pool is right behind it which is open til 830. With the pool is also a little store and a kiosk that you can sign out rackets for tennis or a basketball etc. Really happy we stopped here.

Excellent campground. Staff was pleasant, sites are private and the washrooms were clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very family oriented park! If you are just traveling through and need a place to crash in your tent the sites are quite nice but with little shade as there are not many large trees. The showers and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and if you stay on the island there is a full sink for dishes. We stopped in on our way from Newfoundland to Ontario, it was a great mid way point for us and super close to the TransCanada Highway. I would stay again
