This is a nice little park here in the Montreal district of Cote Saint Luc. It has a couple of baseball fields of which one is named after the late and former Montreal Expo Gary Carter. It has a children’s playground, a nice little trail that includes the Human Rights Walkway and display of sculptures created by Shalom Bloom. The pond is quite pleasant especially if you’re lucky to encounter the dozens of geese that may or may not be there.
I am not from the area but I was always used to come here because of my godbrother baseball games. More of a community park with a lot of amenities such as path celebrating famous people, sculptures of Canadian animals as well as their very own baseball stadium.
Very nice park, and free parking for everyone, clean toilettes also, the area is very calm. Please don’t feed the ducks and goose there. Also, there is huge playground for kids. Also there is nice arts in this park, very nice area for cycling.nI totally recommend this park for its spots and accessibility
A lovely park. Often reasonably quiet, but still well visited.nnThe paddle boat pond is small, but just enough must days.nnThe playground part is modern and well taken care of.nnThere are public bathrooms - they could use a renovation and a new water bottle fountain esp in covid times but it's functional and good enough for now.nnLovely place for a picnic or just a laze about the park.nnOh! And lots of Canada geese and some ducks are often present.
Great indoor pickleball courts. Options are by booking or drop in. After 5pm when the courts are full, there will be a rotation of players on the courts, 4 out, 4 in.nLighting is good at night and the courts grip well.nAlso the courts are well ventilated by enourmous fans to cool off on hot days.
