Amazing family park for walk or little run. Great for picnic or kids birthday. You can play beach volley-ball or fish on the pierce. It is quite long so you will have enough time to enjoy weather. Also has pretty nice and clean kids playground and water park.
Awesome view , really good community vibe. It’s around 12 km from downtown so not far but not touristy. The bike path from Montreal downtown to this park is one of the best. You can enjoy the park, or the deck in the river or the river side. Fishing is also allowed in this area. Best part is the bike trail beside “Rue Norte dame” starting from “ Jacques Cartier Bridge”. Get your bike or get a bixi bike and go there it’s worth it !!
Enjoyed walking this waterfront promenade from this center point of a long stretch along the St- Lawrence. Bonus: there's a new structure that not only offers an observation deck...it also offers a picnic area set up on two leveled deck. Plenty of parking in the area as well as a public washroom within the adjacent and main chalet. An extra integrated within the chalet is a small ice-cream bar.
This is a really nice and quiet park where you can go and use the bike path, there is also a nice view of the port and the south shore islands from there, I saw many ppl fishing overall the park was clean.
Gorgeous riverfront park with lots of greenery and great walking and biking trails.
Beautiful walk with family and puppy. Very clean and very peaceful by the water.
*UPDATE - PICTURE: Went for a little espresso at one of the park's waterside spot one morning Beautiful parc next to the water and where there's plenty of trees. A go-to place whenever you need to resource yourself. You can go to meditate to the sound of the water crashing on the rocks, read a book, have a picnic, relax with friends, ride a bike or go for a run.
Very huge and peaceful place to visit and best for picnic and there is best ice cream shop overthere
Dancing with no care's for others. I do me.
A nice, quiet park for a chill weekday morning. It feels nice to see the river. Shame, Montreal, for that sad urban planning cutting the river off pretty much everywhere... We need more shores like this one!
