The water fountain has a bottle filling station with a good flow rate, so it's a good place to get unleaded water if you're home water isn't. Later in the evening, there's usually a person or two smoking pot in the chair just next to the water supply, which cancels somewhat the health benefits of the better water.

I was initially skeptical with the amount of poured concrete in the final design, but now that it's full of people it's clear that it was the correct choice so maintain durability.
