Special thanks to Taylor and the staff at Paramount. What an Awesome service. Our precious Zion, a 1 year old Husky Lab escaped from our house and was found and dropped off there. Within 1/2 they contacted me and reunited us with Zion. That's 100% customer service. I highly recommend them.
Amazing clinic! They saved my cat, who was so sick he stopped eating and needed a feeding tube. Thank you to Dr. German and all of the other vets and techs who cared for our cat, Dash. And also thank you to all of the front desk staff for being so kind and sympathetic every time we've been in. The communication here has been astounding. The Dr. was always quick to answer any questions or concerns me and my husband had. When we were stressed and scared for our baby, we felt a sigh of relief knowing he was in good hands. Dash is now feeling better thanks to the care he received at Paramount.
We are traveling and our girl cat started having some issues. We took her to Paramount today. From the minute we walked in, the service and experience was amazing. The wait time was super quick and the vet was awesome. We got good care and advice at a great price. They also managed to not totally traumatize our “spicy” girl but still managed to get her checked out. Blood work, ultra sound, etc. I wish we lived closer cause this is where we would come all the time from now on. Highly recommend. Calgary is lucky to have top notch pet care like this.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped keep our pets calm.nnThe veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle with our Cat .nShe took the time to thoroughly examine Roxy and explain everything clearly. We appreciated how they listened to our concerns and answered all our questions patiently.nnThe clinic itself was well-equipped with modern facilities, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our pets were receiving top-notch care. The entire staff, including the veterinary assistants, were compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of animals.nnOverall, our experience at Paramount was exceptional.
