I am so thankful for Fish Creek clinic. The best experience with all of the personnel. Appointments always on time, always professional. Both of our dogs were treated by Dr. Natasha at this clinic. Phenomenal team!nnI took my cat Penelope into fish creek pet hospital with a very bad eye infection last week and then enucleation yesterday. Dr Cary Johnson and Dr Kirsty Macdonald were amazing with communicating their treatment plans and worked together to get her booked for surgery as soon as possible when I decided to have it taken out. Dr Macdonald did the surgery and called before and after to update me on her, and overall was very well taken care of. She’s recovering comfortably at home and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
Excellent service for your beloved pet. They care about the well being of your pet. They are quick and thorough to get you seen which matters to me when my pet is not feeling well. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years & even though I have moved farther away, this is still my vet of choice & worth the drive. I was offered 3 options for my pet. She is already feeling better today. I can’t put a price tag on my pet being given some help to feel better. IV fluids, nausea medication, tummy scan, & pain meds. It was worth every penny spent. Mommy doesn’t want her baby to struggle or suffer. Highly recommended.
Dr. Armstrong literally saved my girl, Chloe's life. When one vet from another clinic told us that she would need a life saving surgery costing thousands or be put down, we didn't want our girl to suffer. We took her to Fish Creek to say our goodbyes. Thankfully, Dr. Armstrong looked at our bright, alert girl and questioned what was happening. She took it upon herself to investigate her files and retook xrays, to show that the bloat went down significantly and that the blockage had MOVED...in only 5 hours. She gave our girl a bunch of medicine and said let's give her 24 hours to try and pass the blockage. This baby is now on day 9, back to herself, eating, pooping and living a great life. If it wasn't for Dr. Armstrong and her love for animals, my girl wouldn't be here. I don't even know how to thank her for what she did for us. She gave our girl a second chance when that first vet didn't.nnThank you so much, Dr. Tatum Armstrong! You truly care for animals and I have my girl still here because of you.
