Paramount Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic

Each time I go in for my appointments Nicki and Alisa are working at the reception desk. These two are absolute angels and make you feel like you've been friends with them for years. Sometimes the exciting part is just walking in to their welcoming faces and being greeted by them. I have been to multiple RMT's and I can say without any hesitation that Carlie Leonard is the best. She is able to provide all depths of pressure where it's necessary and always checks in to see if I am doing okay. She is also a great conversationalist and speaks clearly and available to answer any and all questions. She is fantastic at remembering my problem areas and provides me some ideas for stretches to take home with me. She truly just wants the best for her patients. The place is always kept clean and the rest of the staff is always friendly whether they have you as a patient or not.

Very good physiotherapy. Lots of hands on work, they care for your unique injury and you aren't just blanketed into some generic program. Ryan is an awesome physiotherapist so is Asia. Mike the owner is also really good. Nicky and Rosemary at the front desk are always awesome and helpful! Thank you!

I visited this clinic for massage therapy recently for backache. I’ve been taking massage therapy for almost 5 years now but it was my first time to this place. I found the experience somewhat disappointing. I believe the purpose of massage therapy is getting relief from pain and relaxation, but the room’s ambiance wasn’t reposeful. The massage table was untidy and unhygienic. Although the massage therapy went well and lowered my back pain, I would not choose to ever compromise with hygiene. Not sure if they care, but they certainly lost my business in future!

Worst receptionist and service . They just make money from u. I took more than 10 services from them, paid my installment's.After 3 months lady called Nikki called me and said I have my dues pending and sent a letter that if i do not pay they will send my case to collections dept. Instead of requesting she called me after 3 months and was very rude on the phone. I sent the concern to them but they never bothered to reply back to the email. I was taking treatment from the last 3 months and no relief what so ever . I would never recommend this clinic to any one who will just work for money and no customer service.

The staff at Paramount Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My experience at this clinic has been a positive one. My physiotherapist, Ryan, has been attentive and courteous and answers any questions I have regarding my therapy and recovery. Paramount was recommended to me, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this type of care.
