This place was cute and loved the inside decor. The menu is simple. We ordered a Hojicha and Genmaicha iced. Both were very refreshing. We also ordered the egg dessert, i forgot the name of it. we got bacon and cheese! I ended up loving the tea so much i bought a pack to take home with me.
This tea shop is absolutely fantastic. Ordered their Vancouver Fog and it's one of the best milk tea I have ever had. With a very strong flavour of tea but it's not too overwhelming. I also ordered their Earl Grey crossiant it was just at the perfect sweetness. Definitely will go back and buy some tea bags back home and enjoy some great afternoon tea.
I've dined here twice and both times the service was great, and so were the food and drinks. I ordered the iced hojicha with pearls, and tried a variety of their pastries. It is a little pricey but a delicious treat once in a while. One thing I would suggest in terms of the ambience would be for the entrance door to have self-closing hinges. Every time a customer would walk in, the door would stay open until someone notices to close it.
Got there right when it opened and it got really busy really quickly. Pu er oat chocolate drink was good as well as matcha donut. Nice atmosphere. The staff seems to enjoy their work.
Exceptional tea latte especially with the hojicha obsidian oat, but the bubble waffle was a bit disappointing as the tea flavour wasn’t strong at all. All in all, great service great tea would definitely come back for more tea latte but certainly not the bubble waffle.
You have to come to Paragon if you are looking for quality teas, in particular matcha! They have a wide variety and also offer a small selection of baked goods. Their new location is beautiful but small and cozy. They do have a secret menu, so don't be afraid to ask!
I went there around lunch time with a friend. We ordered the Hojicha and a few waffles. The tea was sooooo good. I really enjoyed the creaminess of the tea. The original waffle was super crispy and my friend said her ham waffles are really good too. We are disappointed that they only had 3 tables and a couch. There were a few people who sat there on their computers working away. I think they should have a limited time for people to stay if they are on their computers with a drink.
The hojicha obsidian was a bit sweet but tasted very good. We also got Vancouver Fog and the Jasmine Oat, very good choices! The dark chocolate and sea salt cookie was deliciousFood: 5/5
I met a friendly associate who explained in detail about paragon and the teas. She did a fantastic job at the paragon x muji weekend market. So much so that I just bought the whole online store. That and the tea was really REALLY GOOD. I've been comparing the same flavour with other retailers in my area. Only 1 comes close. So time for some of that great tea I tasted last month with a home brew experience. Very thankful and grateful to your kind and friendly staff for exposing me to this delicious treat. It's going to be part of my routine now. Edit: also got a follow up call with the same lovely associate who updated me about inventory. If this isn't the Best customer service! Thank you again. Also found a picture from that event. Second edit: Finally got to visit their location. Staff are super friendly, they take care and pride in the drinks and food they serve. Love the atmosphere! Beautiful little tea shop and an interesting concept where they pull “shots” of tea like espresso over oat milk. We ordered the hot hojicha oat and iced matcha oat. I really enjoyed the hojicha but the matcha oat was underwhelming and not noteworthy. Baristas were super friendly and I’d definitely come back to try the other teas and the bubble waffles.
