Very disappointing experience, I went for a manicure as a treat as I rarely get one done, The whole time I was there the guy said two words to me Round? Square? All the staff including the guy doing my nails spoke to each other in another language and completely ignored me. He tapped my finger a few times throughout the session to get them out of theway. I was wondering if the tools had been sterilized because there was some crud on one of them? I thought the tools are usually sterilized and sealed in packages?  He could speak English because the amount was said very clear when he wanted me to pay!! I was so happy to leave and I will never go back

This is my first review of a place and normally I wouldn’t comment on a bad experience, but this one was just the worst. Honestly, pretty disappointed with my experience at Paradize Nails. Firstly, they barely greeted my friend and I as we walked in (to a completely EMPTY salon) and took like 15 minutes to get started on our treatments because they were too busy doing each other’s nails. Secondly, the price of the treatment was WAYYY too expensive for what I got. Thirdly, when I went up to pay, the lady barely lifted her head from what she was doing, didn’t even tell me the cost, just punched in cost on the card machine and gave it to me. The only good thing I can say is that do this cool massage thing with rocks. But other than that... try one of the other 99 nail salons in Airdrie before coming here.

This was such a waste of my money. I went on three separate occasions hoping that it would be better. Each time I was disappointed. The staff is incredibly disrespectful, the gel lights are dirty, they charge you for shape?? 

I asked for a coffin shape. I was ignored as she continued to round them. I said once again, I asked for a coffin shape. She then got angry, stood up and walked away. She left me for about five minutes. Then she proceeded to begin on another customer as she yelled at someone to get over to me. 

Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had a pretty good experience. The lady I got was very quiet and didn't talk much but for the price I got a good set of nails that have held up longer than most and the shape was very well done.

Will not be returning. I asked for ballerina/coffin shape and showed a picture of how I wanted them to look, I ended up getting pointy nails. They charge $55 but chrome costs $10, long nails are $5 more & they charge $5 to shape your nail!!!!! What?! I've never been to a spa that charges extra for length or shape. When I asked about a crooked nail I was told it was my finger and not their fault. Would not recommend, waste of money.
