Great Clips

Took my kids and they loved their cuts. The staff listened to what they wanted and did a great job.

Very rude on the phone as well as never stay open till close. Most days they close 1-2 hours early. When asked to make appointment because I don't get off work till 8pm so wanted to make sure I could get in be for the closed and was told that they don't make appointments and there is no Garnett that they will be open till close... Not work the time of day!!!

Great price for a very basic cut. Gave my hair a quick spray with the H2O bottle then chop chop and I was out of there

This place SUCKS the staff here are RUDE my sister came a few years back my sister came. She came out crying cause of their terrible service and the lady who cut her hair was mean and grumpy

Did not have a good visit at all. My daughter was so upset from the hairdresser. We didn't know she had lice eggs in her hair (had we wouldn't have been there!). The lady made it seem as though we knew and didn't care. She then stormed off to the back versus giving advice on what I could do. I have never had to deal with this issue before so was very unsure on what to do for treatment. My daughter was heartbroken and felt as though it was her fault.
