This place is great for late night shawarma. I ordered shawarma with medium spice and well toasted. It was so good. Affordable pricing with a good service. Located at Kingston and Lawrence. Must try their food.
I witnessed horrible customer service when I picked up my order. Another customer ahead of me was being mistreated and spoken down to. The employee was rude and dismissive to the customer about an error with his order. I couldn’t believe I heard him talking to a paying customer like this, and also in front of me – another paying customer. It seemed as if he didn’t care if either of us came back again. The employee only agreed to compensate the customer after I spoke up in the customer’s defence. Why do you feel your paying customers should argue and debate and prove to you before you help them? How much does it really cost your business to be humble and correct it? …Probably a lot less than upsetting 2 customers and deterring even more with public negative reviews. My first and last time ordering here. The food tasted good, but the portion was small.

1st time in the restaurant and had a good experience. everything looks great. it was amazingly made also sauces they give is the best and taste was also amazing….. Really enjoyed alot……... Must visit there. Paradise shawarma
Look im giving one star but you have no idea how upset i am, i went today to get a mix shawarma plate beef and chicken, with rice to go. I go home and i opened the plate HUGE Lack of MEAT !!!!! Can not even describe how upset i am whoever is working there , super cheap on meat that is not how you are going to run a shawarma place if u give few pieces of meat on the rice , i have never seen this in my life the plate was an extreme disrespect ! 14.99 ! That is not cheap !!! Ridiculous , Plus meat was not fresh !hard from outside when u leave it overnight! We are not dumb ! Customers understand everything! It is not from the day for sure ! Idk how you are running this shawarma but huge disrespect to the customers. Very very disappointed people were kind but holy u cant serve that.
Took two wraps yesterday around 11 pm one chicken and one flafel I have never tried this place before So they say first impression is last one So when i did enter i saw four people ordering ahead of me But that was not the problem, two of them wasn't wearing a mask and the guy didn't tell the girls anything that they don't have a mask But after like 5 minutes he told them to wear a mask, strange at first place there is pandemic going on and you should not be allowing anyone without mask until they have a condition Ohk so now coming to food The chicken wrap was good PS- thats the reason for two stars Falfel wrap wasn't good the flafles were so hard and it tasted bitter i think they did put more tahini in it Overall not a good experience
Best shawarma plate and sandwich I had in Toronto. Their sauces are unique and taste much better than all the other shawarma places. The staff is also very friendly and accomodating. The only bad thing is, it's a bit too far from me or else I would go everyday.Food: 5/5
