Not what I want when I ordering a rice box, also no bean salsa either in there wasn’t even informed all walking about like they have all the time in the world nobody smiling, bad customer service all round they just clearly don’t care about the jobFood: 1/5

Ordered some food not to long back, the service from all the staff was great and Naomi was very polite. Food tasted great, didn't have a problem with it's quality at all and the venue was tidy and well kept. Overall great place to chill out and have a meal; can't fault it at all!Food: 5/5

Not only have I had multiple things within my meal uncooked or just missing altogether, when I tried to tell the staff here they were rude, blunt and unhelpful and it was only when I wanted to speak with who ever was in charge that they reluctantly corrected it. Aside from the terrible food and equally terrible staff, I also over heard how they spoke to a member of staff that had just started there that day "I swear to god if I have to explain this to you once more I'm going to scream" "your taking way too long" it's disgusting and completely uncalled for this person had literally just started that day. Thank god McDonald's is across the road is all I can say.

Food was reheated and not fresh. The service was appalling, staff ignoring front till. Food had missing items, it’s a lottery if you get what you paid for, have to repeatedly ask for sauce, straws, gravy, drinks, multiple times got simplest tasks wrong. 2 tables in use and about 6 covered in food waste. Daytime visit . Never again.

Best KFC I’ve ever been to. Really friendly, obliging staff. Quick service. Hot, tasty food. Clean and tidy restaurant. Will be returning imminently! Dietary restrictions: All information on back of tray liners

Poor poor poor, staff entertaining themselves by who could throw food the farthest into a bag that was ment for delivery, dont order from here, they found it very amusing. I stood there waiting to be served, it took someone to come from the back to acknowledge me then I was waiting 20 minutes to get my food. Staff don't care whatsoever. KFC this branch is a disgrace.

Ordered through online app. Checked in to collect. Shop was packed out. Finally got our number called to be told no food left. Felt sorry for the staff. Had to plead through an online app care page for my £50 refund. Wouldn't go back again to KFC .

Ordered online. Only received 4 portions of the 6 fries ordered and no pineapple sticks for the kids meals. The zinger burgers looked like they had been thrown together. The popcorn chicken for the kids meals are tiny and so expensive for what you get.Food: 2/5

Great clean place,has a step in but Juliet went above and beyond to help me to get in with a portable ramp and came to me with an order board,nothing was too much hassle for them,fast service and juliet made me feel like a valued customer as being in a wheelchair some places make you feel unwanted ,went twice while we stayed in Scarborough Wheelchair accessibility: Ask for ramp

It was 40 mins wait for our food which although hot wasn’t that tasty. The gravy would of stuck to the wall of you had tried. The music playing is terrible and much too loud.Food: 2/5
