I’m so happy I found Paradise Kennels to watch my dog. He comes back exhausted and happy. The pick up, delivery and bath/nail trim are great perks that are included. This time I opted to pay for a groom. The groomer did a lovely job. Thank you Paradise Kennels!
Our pup Maple has been boarded at Paradise Kennels twice now and I would highly recommend. Maple has come home happy, healthy and well cared for both times. She has no hesitation boarding the doggy transport van hops right in without us prompting when picked up and you can tell she has affection for the handler that brings her back. I think they are one of the few kennels that keep dogs engaged the entire day. The property is every dog's dream, off leash adventures, swimming seasonal, play area, and the owners make sure socialization and play is priority for the day. You will be able to see your dog in play every day via facebook posts. They also make sure your pup is bathed before return love this service.
I had a last minute family emergency and I needed somewhere that would take my two dogs with a days noticed, the staff at paradise kennels were incredibly accommodating. They picked both my dogs up FREE OF CHARGE!! I receive countless videos and photos everyday, they were swimming and going on off leash walks. It was so nice to see my dogs have such a fun time, it greatly reduced my stress during this stressful time for me and my family. No place I’d rather send my dogs than paradise kennels!
My dog has never been looking better! We received many many videos and pictures daily so we could see our little girl flourish in there amazing dog parks. And i also cant say enough about the supper friendly taxi service. Wonderful place, would definitely recommend!!
My dog loves it there! It's the only kennel in which she willingly goes, and she always looks happy in the daily Facebook videos. My dog has high standards, like me, and if she approves...so do I. I recently needed to book a kennel for my dog while attending a 42 day work course in Ontario no dogs allowed, despite the extra cost of flying my dog West, I was happy to do it. Paradise Kennels is the only kennel I can trust and my dog is always happy to go there. For me, that's far more important than price. With Paradise Kennels, I can relax knowing she's getting to live her best life in my absence!
-i had to consistently email them to post pictures of my dog. they said daily pictures/videos would be included. -when i picked up my dog it’s like she hadn’t peed in over 18 hours. she also had diarrhea and i was not notified of this when i picked her up. it also seemed like she hadn’t drank water in over a day. it made me wonder if they even fed her the day prior. -she was also in heat, i don’t think they listened to my requests for her to be separated from other dogs. -considering i paid for the exclusive suite i expected a higher level of service. in my eyes it seemed like there was some negligence in the level of care.
Paradise Kennels is a truly amazing place to board your puppers! We love sending our dog to Paradise - she gets 12 hours of play time, lots of socialization and so much love from the handlers. The taxi picks her up and drops her off back at home, they bathe and trim her nails, and email communication is always prompt and friendly. I enjoy the daily Facebook video posts to watch her playing! Highly recommend Paradise Kennels, thank you for taking such good care of our girl!
I went to Barbados for 2 weeks I booked a luxury suite for two weeks for my three dogs and I received multiple videos of my dogs running and playing every day! The taxi service was great and my dogs were clean and tired when I got home. Loved my experience here!
I would give paradise kennels a 10 out of 5 stars if possible! I can truly say that my families blue heeler Sadie, if you’re wondering has benefitted from her time at this establishment. She always seemed super happy in the videos we received and the dog taxi service was super convenient!
Poppy has always come back very clean and happy! We love seeing all the videos they post while we are away. The taxi service has always been so convenient and we can’t recommend Paradise Kennels enough!!!
