Kelly answers phone and is always bubbly and patient & helpful.Kelly deserves recognition as the 1st point of contact I value her customer service skills which I feel is outstanding and plays a huge role in repeat orders along with great food.The Wong Ton soup is so flavorful and fresh tasting & full of Wong tons.The egg rolls are superb; crispy on the outside and packed full of flavour on the inside. A big thank you to the chef as I ask kindly to have my chicken wings well done but not burnt and they were real crunchy on the outside and tender juicy chicken seasoned delicious sweet in the inside. My favourite is the shrimps in lobster sauce which always taste so freshly made filled with lots of big juicy delicious tasting shrimp. I also highly recommend the battered shrimp also very big juicy flavorful and I get a side order of brown gravy packed with tasty flavour. Their chicken fried rice has the right ratio to chicken and scallions so seasoned to perfection,fresh fluffy & tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant as I have ordered numerous times and every time they deliver fresh and delicious food. The price is right and the portions are very big. Thank you to the owners and courteous staff, the delivery people are friendly when they come to my door, and excellent chef.

I called 10 minutes before they close in a snow storm and they still had no problem delivering me my food FAST! Great Chinese food always fresh and I love their chicken balls and almond soo guy!

Everything I ordered tasted like it was made fresh and served to me within minutes and wasn’t sitting there all day. My almond soo guy was extremely juicy and the batter had the perfect crisp. The spare ribs can be eaten without any teeth I’m sure, literally fell off the bone and broke into individual strands like it was slow cooked for hours. I’m not a fan of the chinois paradis, I’m a fan of whoever they have in their kitchen. I need to know if they leave, because that’s where I’m ordering from. This is my first review of a restaurant ever because I know that bad nights happen and it doesn’t always reflect the restaurant. I am however super disappointed with the service or lack thereof I received tonight. I called at 5:15 pm to place an order. I was told that the delivery would be between an hour and an hour and a half. I explained that it wouldn’t be a problem since I’d like the delivery to be between 7-7:30pm. I placed my order and gave my address and was told I’d get the delivery at the time I asked. At 6:30pm they called me and told me for them to deliver to my address I had to have a minimum 50$ order. I asked why since this isn’t the first time I order and my order is always approximately the same price one main plate + soup, so about 20$ + tax. The explanation was that, only tonight, since they were short on delivery staff, the minimum order would have to be 50$. I asked the person if they thought it was reasonable for them to request this especially considering that I am a returning customer and that they were calling me over an hour after I’d ordered. They didn’t answer my question and simply repeated very unapologetically that my order needed to be 50$. I said that unfortunately they’d just lost a customer and the person HUNG UP on me!! It’s too bad because had they told me when I ordered that they were short on staff or been more apologetic or given a reasonable explanation I would have simply ordered from somewhere else and would never bother to write a review.

Of all the Chinese food places I’ve ever been to, my all time favourite. The food never disappoints and that fried rice keeps me coming. I live in Ottawa now and I still drive back just for it. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO

Terrible. Take out that we ordered by phone. Had confirmed when I took the order that the sweet and sour sauce would be on the side not on the chicken balls. And that other meal is supposedly a beef Szechuan and had no beef... I even told the person on the phone that this was our first time trying their food and this is what they gave us will not return.

The best Chinese food in Hull. Fast delivery, deeeelicious - I usually order egg roll, wonton soup, General tso chicken, bacon fried rice and sweet and sour shrimp. You will NOT. be disappointed.

Ordered food waited 1hr they sent to wrong address. I called and asked for discount because it was there fault and would be 30 minutes later from call time. So 1 hr 30 minutes with 30 inside car at minus 26 c. They canceled order on me because I complained. I always had over $100 orders twice a month with $15 driver tip. They just lost a good customer because they would not redo a very late and cold order and their fault. This is my first post ever on review but I’ve never been disrespected like this my whole life.Life is like a mixed box of chocolate…. You never know what service your going to get.

This is the only good Chinese food restaurant in the area! I do a 12 km drive to go pick it up and it is well worth it. Been getting my Chinese meals there for over a decade and they never failed on delivering good quality food! Try it you won't be disappointed!!
