I'm from out of town and found this place near my hotel so I decided to give it a try. I was greeted upon entry by friendly, nice staff but that's about where the positive side of my visit ends. I ordered two medium pizza's and after paying the VERY steep price for them just over $60 for two medium pizza's. YIKES I waited patiently in their dinning area which took about 20 minutes to prepare and cook. It was about 4pm so it was after the lunch buffet rush and before any dinner rush so it was rather peaceful while I waited. Looking around I found crumbs still on the tables and on the floor. It looks like the staff took the effort to push in all the chairs but not sweep or wipe down the tables. The pizza buffet area, although shut down since lunch was over, still had crumbs all under the heat lamps. Now for the food. I ordered a hawaiian and a BBQ chicken. The crust, although nice and crispy and not floppy, really could use some seasoning. The hawaiian wasn't bad but I could tell the pineapple was from a cheap can, not sweet pinapple at all. The BBQ chicken on the other hand, well... I couldn't finish it. I ordered it with extra chicken thinking it would be chunks of chicken but was not expecting this ground up chicken product and the BBQ sauce is horrible. Definitely cheap generic store brand BBQ sauce. I hate to be so negative and this might be a good place to bring the kids that can stomach this lower quality but be aware you will be paying big big bucks $$$. I even overheard the staff tell a woman ordering a pitcher of soda that the soda wasn't even refillable. Would I go back, sadly no. I'm glad I tried it as I like to try new things but it's definitely a one and done visit.
First I will say we ordered a personal cheese pizza and a BBQ chicken pizza and both of those were extremely tasty, we have absolutely no complaints about that and would probably get it to go again when we come back to the area. The staff was also friendly and all following mask protocol. However the issue we had was with the customers inside. Whether they were eating or just hanging out, ordering, playing games, whatever NOBODY was following "mask required" protocol or attempting to stay out of other peoples food areas. We saw one other family with a mask, out of about 60 other people eating and hanging out there. I understand it not making since taking them off to eat and then putting them off, however it is annoying to watch people completely ignore such an easy rule because their lack of following the rules can cause the company they are in to lose their license or get fined.
Over price for a pizza 45.00 for a large combo. I spent 87.00. The pizza was burnt on the bottom. Hamburger meat on the pizza no flavor. I ask for anchovies I was charge 2.00 really I should of got them on the house. I pitcher of beer and chicken and spuds 87.00 plus I was charge twice on the spuds. Not happy. Pizza was average. Next time I'll think twice.
My kids love the playground and mini arcade. We love that they have something to entertain themselves while we wait for our pizza. There is a salad bar and they have some beer available. The restrooms are clean. They have two party rooms and towards the back there are several tables set up for birthday parties. We love the Bull Rider pizza with Black Olives.
Great pizza and spuds. Salad bar is good but you may have to ask to restock depending on how busy it is. They call every order over a very loud intercom. If you're looking for a place to take the kids to play it's a great place to let them burn off some energy. During busy hours to say it's loud is an understatement, with lots of kids running throughout the place. They have a reasonable lunch special and if you appreciate a little more quiet atmosphere I would recommend you go during the lunch time. It's much less busy!
Avoid at all costs the lunch service. You have a bunch of kids who don't even try. They don't care it's kinda like when you fail you give up. So they can't keep up with the customers so they don't bother. They put a pizza out every ten minutes and that's being generous. The whole place is packed and it's a big place. We all stand by like starving puppies waiting for a slice. They set them down and a huge line forms and then half of us are still standing there wishing we could trip the ones who took more then one slice. The ladies are so rude when asked onw time is was told it ends at two and takes us ten minutes to make a pizza. I'm like yep so why you all just standing around in the back or right in front of me without a pizza being prepped? The salad bars usually a mess as well . Yes I know to be expected. Difference is my goal when I worked at a place with a salad bar was to try keep it halfway decent. They have time. Even how busy they are plenty of times I see the girls standing there when. They could take a rag and wash it up or bring out a little more salad
If I could give less stars I would. Unless you enjoy over priced food poisoning, don't eat here. For 85 dollars I expected the best pizza of my life. Not canned toppings! Not pizza dough with the texture and taste of a burnt bagel. Most places spread toppings around the pizza versus toss them all in the center like target practice. Everyone got sick after eating here. If a food inspector reads this, please go check them out.
Food isn't bad, good price for the lunch buffet. Salad bar is lacking a bit, but decent for what it is. Not a huge fan of their pizza, but it's just a personal preference. Good place to have lunch.Food: 4/5
We ordered pick up from here and I ordered a large Snow Cap pizza. After the lady on the phone told me it was going to be $46, I immediately asked her to change it to a medium. When we got there, we had to wait about 20 minutes because they were out of the chicken we asked to add, and had to make a new batch. When we finally got the pizza is was around $36 for a medium with an extra topping. Opening it at home, it seemed like it was literally only chicken on the pizza, and no other toppings that were originally supposed to be on it. I ate a piece because I was starving, but couldn’t eat anymore after that. Would likely not revisit this place. The only benefit is they were the only pizza place open past 9pm.
Got a double topping pizza, mushrooms and pepperoni. It was a decent pizza although I got canned mushrooms instead of fresh and it gave the pizza an odd taste in my opinion. It was loud as kids were everywhere and I'm not a huge fan. Salad bar was ok. Vegetarian options: Vegetables and fruit on pizza is a thing. Kid-friendliness: There is a playground and arcade inside. Parking: Parking is around the building with a decently sized lot.
