Cibelli’s Pizza

This is my favorite pizza place. Sad to see some of the recent reviews are bad.. I didn’t even know they had cheesy sticks, I actually really like them. Unfortunately they did make my pizza wrong. Supposed to have pepperoni not bacon..

I’m going to start by saying I love their Pizza but their customer service is HORRIBLE! We ordered a large pepperoni and a medium margarita pizza, got home and opened up the medium to find pepperoni and sausage on it! When we called them they wouldn’t start making one we ordered but wanted us to come there with the wrong pizza to prove it to them, then have to wait while they made and cooked the new correct one. Finally the manager agreed to start making a margarita pizza but my husband still had to leave our house and bring the wrong pizza back, so they can what sell it? Eat it themselves? By the way my son grabbed a hold of a piece and started taking it until he saw sausage on it then her put it back….. hope someone enjoyed their med meat pizza formerly touched by a teenage boy hand! Enjoy! Makes me wonder about their pizza now….. Total waste of time for us and we didn’t get to enjoy the pizza together as intended.

Burnt, dried out and veggie pizza had no cheese. Epic fail!

There are a lot of issues with this place now. Their website and google both say they are open mondays, they are not. That threw a wrench in my plans when I pulled up and no one was there. They scammed and lied to me when I went to pay the next night. The website says toppings are $3, when I get there, toppings are $3.50 instead. The “cheese sticks” are also a lie, half of it has cheese, the other half is cooked dough. I love thin crust ny style pizza but this was actually too thin, so it didn’t support the weight of the toppings and became soggy. The “stuffed crust” is also a giant rip off. Half the slices had so little cheese in the crust I could see through it to the other side. It seems to me they are trying to save money by skimping on the product and they are poorly executing what they do make. I also didn’t appreciate the aggressive signage inside the store that demanded the customer “not complain to the hard working staff and they could call him directly to complain.” Very fake macho and unnecessary. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this business.

Excellent pizza cooked in actual pizza ovens! Not those air impingement ovens that dry out all of the toppings.

Cibelli's is our go-to for pizza night! Always delicious, always consistent and always enjoyed! Their staff is upbeat and pleasant. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5

I bought 2 large pizza dough balls for an at-home pizza party from Cibellis. Everything turned out amazingly, and the delicious, fun, DIY dough was discussed at length. Cibellis made the evening perfect.Food: 5/5

I placed a pickup order over the phone, and although it may seem like a small thing I was struck by the accuracy and degree of professionalism demonstrated by the person who took my order. Compliments to whoever trained the young man and to him as well. Oh, and the pizza was great! Thank-you for a great experience!

The pizza is soooooo goooooooddddd. I think my husband and I demolished a pie in less than 10mins when he got home with them. We ordered a white pie and you’re standard pepperoni and both were delicious.
