Papa Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Wayne from Papa Plumbing came to service my fireplace and furnace. Our fireplace was broken, and he fixed it within minutes of arrival. Wayne then gave some excellent advice on how to keep the glass face cleaner longer and other maintenance tips. He was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the furnace too and gave us additional tips on getting better airflow with return air vents/energy saving tips. He's an exceptional provider, and we'll ask for him by name next time!

I needed my furnace replaced last winter, and my hot water tank also needed replacement. I called Papa Plumbing for an appointment. They were very accommodating to my schedule and their service was excellent. I have a brand new hot water tank and furnace, and the prices were very competitive. I would recommend Papa Plumbing and Heating to all my friends and will definitely use their services again. - Cornelius Surrey BC

Very poor service seems like everyone at this company has a very bad attitude. Especially the tech and foreman Kal. Will not honour what they quote and then on top of it are RUDE! Called to have kitchen faucet replaced because the shut off valves were leaking. get pricing for faucet and $40 for each valve and I was ok with what I was quoted and scheduled a time for the next day. Next day tech is an hour late and has a very bad attitude on top of that proceeds to to tell me cost is $229 not $180 for faucet replacement and $80 for shut off valve which is double of what was quoted on the phone. When I tell him what i was quoted he says that office should not be quoting prices. Called office and after texting with Forman Kal decided to give them one more shot appointment scheduled for 9-10am next day. Tech did not show up and no call. Called office and spoke to Kal who also has a bad attitude - cancelled the job. Do not recommend this company

hot water tank wasn't working, called these guys, as i've heard good things about them. they lived up to their billing and provided solid service, got the job done, and the price was fair. i've got no complaints and would definitely call them again for future needs...
