I knew that we were going to need to replace our boiler so I went out and contacted a number contractors for quotes. I also like to speak to them to get a sense of their professionalism - you can learn a lot about a person by how they communicate and represent their company. James was the only person who came prepared with options and a baseline quote. He finalized the quote after reviewing our needs and sat down at our table explained the various options for boilers. He was the only one to take the time to do this. Most of the others spent a very short amoutn of time looking at our system and sent a very brief quote with very little detail. After reviewing the various quotes, I decided to move forward with James (Accolade Heating and Plumbing). We scheduled a time for James to come in and start the work. He completed the work in a timely manner. I noticed that the system was running a little cooler than our comfort level so he came by and changed the setpoints to our comfort level. One of the other key positives was a genuine sense of caring. He absolutely wanted to make sure that we were happy with the installation and operation of the new system. I would highly recommend James Drager (Accolade Plumbing and Heating) to anyone looking to have their boiler and heating system serviced or upgraded.

We found Accolade Plumbing through internet research and were impressed by the many positive reviews. We didn't get disappointed! James showed up on time, reviewed our plumbing issue with us and even confirmed his intended course of action with his sump pump supplier. He managed to get the job done quickly yet professionally, and left the job site clean. Thank you, James, we appreciate your help!

James from Accolade Plumbing and Heating installed our gas fireplace as he was referred to us by Vancouver Gas Fireplaces. His service was excellent. We then had a hot water tank removed and a new one installed and once again James's work was excellent. His explanations were very clear and understandable and his work was very efficient. Now we are having new sinks and faucets installed in our kitchen and once again we will have James do the job. The frequent jobs we are having him do, speaks to the confidence we have in him, the efficiency, dependability and his openness on what the costs will be. We highly recommend him
