i ordered pizza and cheesy bread to go, and i pulled 3 separate pieces of blonde hair out of the bread. the pizza was partially burnt.

Tried to use the online order special. I was told no. Online deals are set up by corporate and they have nothing to do with that and dont honor those deals. I then showed them the text deal that I received and I have used this in the past I was again told they dont honor that either. When I asked what the deals were. I was told 20%off military discount. I needed supper for the family and went ahead and ordered whatever and paid. When I walked out I saw a XLNY Pepperoni or sausage for $8. No mention of this deal from the children working behind the counter. That would've been a better deal than the $30 I spent on one med pizza they dont have small??? And the large meat pizza and 3 20 oz. drinks. I did get the Mgrs. # I called while waiting and have not received a call back yet.
Charles and Madison are awesome! We showed up 10 min before close and they made us an excellent pizza. I love 10/10 recommended them. Everything was put away and clean and they made us a great dinner. Please increase their pay!!!

Got salads this time and they were fresh, but could use more toppings. Big enough for me for 2 meals. Vegetarian options: Got good options with salads and pizza. Parking: Plenty of parking.
What I got was not what I ordered. Why bother beig a loyal customer when they can't deliver what you asked for without explanation? Wont bother going back.
I have had some very good experiences with this store, but today I stopped and asked for them to do something out of the ordinary. I am not a fan of their "regular" crust, but wanted to try a stuffed pizza. However, when I told the person at the cash register that I wanted them to make me a stuffed pizza using their thin crust, he refused outright. When I asked him if he would not make any exception, he told me the thin crust is too thin to allow the pizza to be removed from the plate. Rather than argue with this person, I elected to leave the store and place an order from a competitor. I am a fan of Papa Murphy's pizza and have generally had great results from the store in Reedsburg, even when they give me a funny look about what I want to order. However, to flat out refuse to do what the customer requests and allow a possible sale to walk out the door is, in my opinion, not a very smart business practice. I hope the owner of this store sees this and makes a correction.
Absolutely OBSESSED with the $10 Tuesday's! I can order a large STUFFED pizza with 5 ingredients I like. I always get extra pepperoni and extra bacon with extra sauce. Don't forget the zesty cheese and herbs blend. You can add that for no extra charge. This place is the best!
