I was in a hurry with a three year old, and Dillion made us a pizza fresh and fast. This guy deserves a raise. Great customer service, and we will be back.
The store itself is fine along with their hotspot items items the only complaint that I really have that I can really not get over is how slow and unorganized the sub station is... I'd rather go to Subway!
Pizza is the best around and they deliver on friday and sat nights as well which most ppl dont know about so call in an order have them deliver it keep places in business, and they also do no contact delivery as well......
I went in to make a purchase and they charged my card twice, now I'm fighting with them and getting the runaround to get reimbursed,. Very poor business and the managers are clueless. Watch your bank statement!
Brand new just opened in Spring. Truth be told I have never been inside except to get a receipt or inform them the window wash station needed attention. Update: 9/2022. Forget it. I've complained several times about the lack of attention & poor customer service, They Don't Care! Staff is only interested in their phones & "social hour" amongst themselves. Hint: if you keep the outside stocked, we wouldn't come in the store and see you screwin' off! ‍
Don't get me wrong, I love casey's food but it's really disappointing in Reedsburg when you stop to get the "pizza" they are always advertising and yet there is nothing to get while people are just standing around and if there is any pizza in the warmers, it's one kind and not kept fresh and also as someone that doesn't eat meat....they NEVER have an alternative to get. Then when you politely ask the cashier if you can make a suggestion and she rolls her eyes at you it makes you not even want to go back. It's a shame. I was a manager for years and I would never allow a place to not be stocked for everyone's needs and I would never allow an employee to treat customers with such disrespect.
Such a sad experience. The food staff ignored me for 10 mins while I waited for service. I heard the pizza was God so I was going to get a couple. When the person finally came to help me she was rude enough I refused to order and the 2 people behind left as well. Sad normally we have good staff from our town. I won't be back.
I really like their pizza, it's always delicious and for the most part fresh. The only problem I had with the Reedsburg location is the staff. The man in the cooking area was trying to make pizzas, make peoples subs, and run the whole kitchen area alone at lunch time. He did get my sub wrong, but I saw there were two women possibly managers gabbing and hanging out in the office during busy lunch time. Poor guy did as well as he could, being busy. I just think they need more staff in the kitchen.
I would not recommend working here ever I've been waiting on my paycheck for 4 days. Plus their food is always out of date I would not recommend eating anything there either Trust me.. I used to work there I know.
The 8 dollar soft touch carwash did not dry my car blowers never came on. Maybe the 8 dollar one doesn't come with drying??
