I love this Hamilton Papa Murphys. We order at least once a week, they never mess up my order. It's always super clean, the employees are always super friendly. I hope this is an establishment that pays their employees well because they're worth it, they run that store above and beyond!!!!
Food was great. Service prompt. However, there should be more seating for elderly folks. Standing can be difficult. It was VERY quick getting the pizza out the door. Just quick is not always quick enough for the folks with bad joints and such.Food: 5/5
Papa's Favorite and a Chicken Artichoke Caesar Salad Which was Frozen. Had to call them to tell them they are ruining their product. Not supposed to freeze salads. $7 goes in the Garbage? I don't think so. This is a large reason I've quit ordering food or even getting food from restaurants anymore. Employees and in a lot of cases the owners are Brainless.
Make sure your pizza is percent right before you leave!!! They will not remake or give you credit for a pizza they messed up unless you bring it back even when you live 20 miles a way and it is not convenient.Food: 4/5

Nice staff. Quick somewhat healrhy dinner option for at fast easy home meal. Salad options & Great cookie dough!! They also gluten free options available.
You just walk in order exactly what you want on your pizza, they prepare it right then with fresh ingredients! You have so many options in savory pizzas to take home to bake and serve BUT there are sweet treats to take home as well. The s'mores version is our family favorite. We love Papa Murphy's!
