The service and quality of pizza is #1 at the Rathburn location. Dough, Sauce, cheese and toppings are always fresh and tasty. Watch for Large 4 Topping special and 30 to 50% off specials on their specialty pizzas. Staff are friendly and get to know their regular customers and usual orders. I use the app to order for pickup and earn cash towards future orders. Quality pizza and A1 staff. Keep it up!
The original pizza base is what makes this my favourite. Very similar to what an authentic Italian pizza sauce would be like. Chicken quality could be better though. Garlic knots are amazing and the garlic butter sauce is one of the best accompaniments.
The worst pizza ever what I'm eating, very thin like a paper and it's burning tastes it's so bed my son trowing up and they don't paying back the money from Uber eats don't order or buy a pizza for this location they do the worst pizza ever I eat
Disappointing… Got a xL with pepperoni x2 and extra cheese x2 or 3 times usual cheese. Upon looking at the pizza it seemed like at best slightly more than the normal cheese amount at other locations. So I complained and was told that the recommended amount of 4 cups was added I’m a baker I know what 4 cups look like, the amount of cheese was about 2 cups, that was it no apology’s or offering to make it to my satisfaction. I’ve been going to the Brampton Papa Johns for nearly two years on a weekly basis, as well as a handful of visits in the Whitby location and Dundas locations ordering extra cheese not even x2 every single time I’ve been fully satisfied and happy. The cheese is stingy at this location, no offers to make it to my satisfaction after voicing my concerns. I’m sorry it’s not worth the $30 this pizza is charged at normal price. I will not be coming back to this location. Other locations do it better. Here’s a picture for reference… The 7 cheese bread was good though.
If you like the signature pepperoncini pepper do not order from this location because you will not get it. All other Papa John locations give you their signature pepper in the corner of the every box at no charge, this location does not. I have ordered twice and did not receive the pepper either time. Contacted head office in Canada after the 1st missing pepper and was advised they would address it with the location but still no pepper a month later.
