This location is tidy and organized. We live much closer to the Vaughan location but the kids want to go here as the games, food, and service are better here. Everything is fresh and served with a smile.
Good place for kids and toddlers. But now they charge $10-$20 for Trampoline jumping area. I think it is bit too steep considering the size of the area. Also they removed activities that challenge toddler physically. Food is okay but bit expensive. Anyway good establishment that should run for kids.

I enjoyed going to this location and celebrating with family, the area was very clean and there were no issues with the games. The staff provided excellent service and were super helpful with big groups. My one issue is that the parking lot had a lot of truckers, it was very scary leaving at night and seeing trailers and trucks parked around you. I was very on guard while herding the kids. I definitely don’t recommend going alone with children after dark.
I found it was pleasant, but at times there are not enough workers at the desk to assist for getting rewards or the cashier. I feel there should be more staff at certain times. As for the games, the maintenance of making sure they are properly working should be better as I seen many that were bugged up. I enjoyed seeing a new play structure though, which was the trampoline very neat idea. Their pizza is really good I give much credit to that.
