Very pathetic food. Ordered their garlic bread sticks, that were very poorly made and basically raw bread. The butter garlic seasoning on the breadstick was basically not there please see the picture for reference. Even with the pizza dipping sauce, the guy gave marinara sauce instead of regular creamy garlic as requested! Never would wanna eat this again.
The pizza was stale. Toppings tasted unfresh , atleast 2 days old. The green peppers were rotten. Alfredo sauce tasted bitter. The shop definitely needs to work on storage procedures for the vegetables. Had a very bad experience. The cheese dip was very bitter as well. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza
Very good customer service and pizza taste great! Been looking for one close to my location. Glad they opened one here!
Worst pizza ever. Stale taste, wings over cooked. When complained to manager I was told, "this is how we make our pizza". Manager had no sense of Professionalism. They take customer feedback as a joke. Basically Papa Johns don't care. $50 down the drain. Increased prices = poor quality. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN Finally after 3 weeks, person from management called and sorted out the issue. They offered me a FREE pizza but when I asked for the free pizza, i was told manager is not here. Manager was supposed to call back but never did. DONT WANT YOUR FREE PIZZA NOT COMING BACK
What a great taste!!!! I picked up 2 large vegetarian pizzas. Great taste, great service even though store was very busy at that time. 2nd Time visited this store ordered 3 Pizza's. Amazing taste. Staff is very supportive and Owner of the store is great person. Worth driving 23 minutes to get Pizza.
Excellent pizza! We loved the stuffed crust and the papa bites. Fair prices compared with a lot of other fast food places these days. We're looking forward to our next visit!Food: 5/5
Sausage & pepperoni stuffed crust pizza from Papa John’s Canada—so good as always! Service is fast, efficient & great food especially for pizza lovers. I also like their jalapeño poppers & vegetarian pizza with Alfredo sauce.
We ordered a little late in the evening and we're given a quote of 45 minutes it took over an hour and and 15 minutes for our food to arrive and it was cold. Called the store and they took the pizza back then left me on hold for 15 min before I hung up because I was sick of waiting. Ended up no food and hungry I can deal with it being late if it fresh and hot won't deal with it if it's late and cold. I get us busy but cold food is cold food dont send a driver our with 3 orders where the last order is 30 minutes away when you charge 5.95 for delivery
Oh man I gotta say the cheese sticks changed my life. Best cheese sticks I've ever had. The pizza was amazing too. A bit expensive but I'd say it was worth it definitely. The buffalo dipping sauce was AMAZING. Gotta say this is my new favorite place to order pizza from now on. Generous on toppings!
Refuses to match promotion from their own flyer that is available in the store, stating "promo no longer valid". I was able to get the same deal at another location without any questions. This location was just trying to get me to pay more. Scammers!! For corporate office: the promotion in question is 3 medium pizzas upsized to large with 3 toppings. Promo code is AR333.
