First time ordering from Papa Johns Vernon and was not disappointed. Fast friendly service and was ready as promised for pick up. Ordered an original crust as well as a pan , preferred the crunchiness of the pan but both were good. Used the 4 topping- 2 for one, good value for cost. Will definitely return.

We have been ordering since the day they opened. Tonight we ordered 3 large pizza on line. We had a coupon from the local high school offering 50% off all pizza. Our order was $45.00 when I first got there and with the coupon it came to $32.00. I asked how this was 50% off and they said they already applied coupons for us so they couldn't use this one. I looked at the original bill and there was no discount provided according to the sticker on the box. Although the difference in the price we paid was small compared to what we should have paid, its still poor service on their part. If you give out coupon cards you better honor them. I'm heading back to Pizza Hut as a customer due to this service.

My all time favorite pizza place the crust is amazing and the customer service is spectacular. Once in a blue moon you'll get an order that's a little disipointing but they are great at making things right. the online ordering perks and rewards are really great.

Although we thought the service was amazing/super friendly, our first time trying it tonight, after driving an hour to get there, we were really disappointed, asked for no olives but received them, which then left the entire pizza tasting of them. But the kids did enjoy the Cinnamon buns, so that's a plus.

I'm Rob just ordered a pizza, it was cooked well done, if I do say so it's one of the best I have had. i hope I get the same girl cooking my next one.
