Papa John's Pizza

Ordered a pan pizza with cheese bread and asked for the pizza to be well done. When I received the pizza, not only was it not well done, it was practically RAW. The centre of the pizza was completely doughy. My daughter said it felt like slime. I completely understand that things happen, they sounded busy when we called. I've worked in pizza places when I was younger, and spent 10 years working in F&B, stuff happens. But when I called back to explain what happened and ask for a credit, they offered me a credit for half my meal. I explained the quality of the pizza ruined my entire meal, and we should have a full credit. The owner/GM ADAM vehemently denied this request. He put his foot down and said he cooked it himself and he wouldn't offer a full credit. Sorry? No credit for what is likely $6-$8 in food cost? Absolute garbage customer service. I won't be using my credit, or ever ordering from there again. He has lost a lot of money in potential future earnings from this (ex)customer. Get a grip Adam. Hope it was worth saving $15 in credit...

Pizza itself is fantastic. Not super impressed with front counter help though. A couple of times a year we bring in coupons from a coupon book and we get grief for it from the counter guy. He tells us that both Corporate and the Franchisee accept the coupons but that personally he feels they shouldn't. All while I'm using a coupon. Same guy put my wife through this twice previously. Not the way to make a client feel appreciated. We normally would buy here many more times a year as non-coupon clients but now I am not sure. No matter how good the pizza is I need customer service to match or I will spend my money elsewhere.

Good service and quality. Order early on busy Fridays would be a wise choice.

Pretty disappointed, the girl on the phone pretty much refused to get me info on the ingredients of the crust. She said she didn't know and that's fine, but then I asked if the manager would know she said probably. So I asked again this time if she could ask the manager, she then informed me he was making pizzas and I should look on the website. For a company that seems to brag about the limited ingredients in their product it doesn't make sense that each person working there wouldn't know what's in the dough. People with allergies obviously don't order here.
