KFC

Good in comparison to other KFC locations. Food never fails and service is never slow in my experience. Service patience and kindness could always be improved, but it is fast food after all, so I can’t complain much. Not much space to dine in though.

Tonight I went to KFC at Lonsdale location,to buy their special.nThe staff was unprofessional and rude. One of them scratched his groin while talking to me, and he handed me my order with a frown. Some of them don't know much about customer service. They also talk the same language loudly.nI'd appreciate more attention to hygiene and friendliness in the future, even though I avoid this location.nJanuary 14th, 2025

Usually, this store is good but today was different.nFirst, they didn’t check my online order and they started making after I checked my status when I arrived at the store.nThey didn’t have honey mustard sauce, and also they missed 2 of my “$1 upgraded “Mega Indivisual Fries” nHope they can do better next time.

I was there at night date 2024 / NOV/ 2024 .nI had a disappointing experience. One Indian staff member was visibly impatient and impolite, rushing us and appearing irritated, which made us all uncomfortable. Additionally, the fries were of poor quality with an unpleasant taste. Overall, the service and food did not meet our expectations.

We grabbed a take out on way back from a Christmas event and we’re hungry and in a rush but this was the fastest serving ever. We were in and out in less than 5min. Crazy fast and fresh. Was great and food was good. Sometime KFC can be dodgy but this was a great experience. All good. Well done team.
