Papa John's Pizza

I ordered a Pizza a couple weeks ago late into the evening and when it arrived the dough underneath the sauce wasn't cooked, it was a gooey texture. I immediately called the store to mention this issue and I was told that because they are soon to close that they wouldn't be able to send out a replacement pizza (understandable) and that the Store Manager is away for a couple days but when she returns, she will give me a call and then I would be reimbursed or compensated a new pizza ( No problem, great). Fast forward a couple days and I still did not receive a phone call, so I called the store to find out what was going on. The Manager was still not back and I was informed that my case was noted in the system and that I would be called when shes back. Almost a week goes by and at that point I totally forgot about the pizza until after work one day I remembered that I was owed a pizza so I called the store to find out why I wasn't called and to place my order. The Manager had picked my phone call up and I mentioned why I was calling and she noted that she knew there was a complaint but wasn't too sure what the problem was. I believe a simple conversation with her co-worker would suffice and she would have been brought up to speed. After a brief discussion she said " I have no way to prove that you didn't eat that pizza and a compensation was out of the question". Like I previously mentioned I had called the store as soon as I took my first bite and noticed that the crust was not cooked at all. The Manager was still persistent, and showed no regard for this issue and refused to reimburse me or send out a compensation pizza. I have ordered countless pizza's from Papa Johns with zero issues and the one time that there is one, I am treated with no respect nor consideration. Again I had to phone the store to figure out why I wasn't contacted yet. I am not sure if this is how the Papa Johns franchise or the Owner wants this establishment run but I will no longer support this restaurant if this is how I will be treated.

Got a flyer, went to order 4 topping for 12.99. I have never ordered from you. Online did not recognize my address. I called. Wanted to order and get the deal, also see menu to allow me options. I told the lady who took order. All she said was give me your address. I tried to comment about wanting to look at menu online but every time I went to speak she cut me off and just said give me address( 3 times). I almost hung up. Pizza came. It’s good but I did get charged full price not the flyer price asked for. Not impressed as 1 st time ever with pj. Pizza tastes better then others but customer service means more when others are. good. Will not order again unless this is corrected to my satisfaction

My go to for pizza in red deer. The Za is always fresh! And they never cheap out on the toppings.

This is the worst pizza in the city of Red Deer. Dough was soggy, toppings are sparse and poorly distributed. Sauce has no flavour at all and the crust makes up the majority of the pie. I have had them all and this is easily the worst. Will never eat here again even if it’s free at a party. Get piccolos if you have low or equal funds, 73 for equal, go to dads if you want to go out, and a western if you’re in the money. You could also pick up from bp’s or the brew house and be way ahead.

Horrible experience. Very snobby lady who answered my call. Will never be ordering from this location again.
