Papa John's Pizza - Cloverdale Store

couldn't even wait to get a photo... Amazing pizza and exceptional customers service. This store has new management and they are amazing!

Owner would not accept papa johns promo code and said he will lose money and cancelled my order after I had arrived to pick it up. The code was given to me by the operations manager at papa johns to use at any location. He didn’t care that it was a papa johns promotion, he said his name is Manpreet and I could take it up with corporate office of papa johns so I thought this review was warranted

Pizza is great. But making an online order I was over charged $5 by them because the girl serving me said that the computer didn’t say it was a deal from online which it clearly stated on the box. Went back the next day and got my difference. The food is good just be aware of what your are paying.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM! We did an online order and set a specific time for delivery. We ordered an hour and a half before the delivery time. So you would think that they would have had enough time to make and deliver our food on time. They were 45 mins late. We are parents with kids in activities and set this time with enough time to eat and leave. That didn't happen. I called to speak to a manager, was told they weren't in till 7 and would call me. No one ever did. Terrible service.

Amazing pizza. Ordered 5 extra large pizzas for delivery and got it in 30 minutes. The pizza was hot and amazing. Must try. The driver was super polite and friendly.

Came here on a Friday early evening to pick up my food after placing an order online. When I got there they were not finished with my order and one of the female staff members said to give them 10 minutes after she verified the queue. When I got back 20 minutes later, I still had to wait about 7 minutes more. A male staff came with my order ans asked me several times if I had paid. I said yes each time I was asked then explained that it was placed online then another male staff member came said, "omg I am so sorry, please take no offense... the guy doesn't know what he is talking about." So I left. It was just an awkward experience towards the end of my visit but outside of that the food was good.

I am writing with immense pleasure.., coming from India having Pizza with same taste was difficult to find., but luckily i found papa jones/56 avenue and had an amazing Pizza with same authentic taste. Must say have pizza from here and u will love it..

Worst pizza I have ever had. Worthy of the garbage can. Barely could see any toppings nothing but dough and sauce. Definitely not worth the $25 it cost. Save your money and go elsewhere

Pizza was amazing, crispy and delicious Exceptional customer services. Definitely will visit again for thin crust pizza.

Placed an order at 5:30pm. It is now 7:30pm and my order has still not arrived even though Manpreet the delivery driver supposedly left the store an hour ago with my food. I’m unsure why it is taking Manpreet so long to deliver my pizza. The staff at the store cannot give me an answer to where the driver/my food is or when it will arrive. This is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.
