Domino's Pizza

Went in shop Ordered a collection pizza for starters and wasn't asked which crust I wanted. I had to ask. Secondly. My pizza was made by a member of staff wearing no gloves. He could have been a covid carrier or had worms u see his nails which could have been passed on via his handling of food materials. So I came back ten minutes later to collect the pizza took it home only to find out it wasn’t cooked enough and not well done. Very doughy. Gooey. Sickening. Not really what I was expecting. Won’t be ever using domino’s again or recommending them to anyone ever. Poor show domino.

I’m always a big fan of Dominos pizza when it comes to the chains. The Surrey Quays store has mostly cooked the pizzas on time or delivered on time, with the quality of the pizzas always being top notch. It’s clearly not as authentic as the Italian place Beluccis around the corner but they are a good staple.Recommended dishesPepperoni Pizza, Meat Pizza

The worst Dominos I have ever eaten in my entire life. My pizza came with no sauce and no cheese on some of the slices. To top it off, their customer service is terrible. When I called and sent the picture in and asked for a refund, the person on the phone incorrectly told me that it’s “only one slice of pizza that has no cheese and sauce”. As if that makes it okay!! They wanted to take the pizza back and took ages to get to me and I’m still waiting for them to process a refund

I was served today by Khalil who provided an excellent standard of customer service to me. I felt so satisfied leaving the shop that I'll be coming back to this Domino's from here on out. Khalil read the entire menu to me because I told him I struggled to see the menu, he was very patient with me and then told me about the local area once I had ordered my food. Very happy with my visit today. 5 stars!

They have some delicious pizzas and usually the food quality of my order has always been great. But have had some really bad experience with the delivery persons. They are always super impatient and are never willing to come closer to deliver the order in a way which helps the customer.

Great service by far compared to few west london stores. Quickest eat out i had in a long time and also very good and easy to order via phone as they were really patient when i was making orders. Keep up the service team

Very nice and clean environment delicious pizza better than any other dominoes best lunch ever. Very good customer service. Manager was very nice and gave me many options to choose from.

Love domino’s pizza my favourite my family’s favourite also they have kids type pizza my little one enjoys their chicken and mushroom pizza. I love their pizzas it’s one of the best friendly staff great customer service from the team highly recommend store is very nice and clean and lovely manager

Tried to many other Domino's, but hands down this is the best. Keep up the great quality!
