I love this Papa Gino's. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. It's honestly more convenient for me to stop in Burlington on my way home from work but I drive past my house to go to the one in Chelmsford. It was quite busy when I went last night and they were all really hustling to get orders ready. The guy working the front was multitasking like a madman. He was cooking food while simultaneously training another employee on salads. The delivery driver came back and immediately started helping customers. I witnessed the manager carrying a large order out for a customer. They really are fantastic. And the food was great as always. It's our favorite place for pizza. But seriously there's some great staff at this restaurant. They deserve a raise.
Every time I stop here I get excellent food. The staff is super friendly and the manager Paul goes above and beyond to make sure my dietary restrictions are respected and offers great suggestions when I'm feeling picky. It's always clean and I get my food fast!
We got the breadsticks and they were good i wish they would dispose the ends they are basically pizza crust not breadsticks but the rest were yummy. We also got the fries not too bad average. I hot the steak and cheese with extra cheese it was good i would definitely get it again. I enjoy their steak and cheese and their buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese my two favorite items. I enjoyed going before the pandemic when they had all you can eat pizza/pasta for 4.99 great deal.
Love Papa Ginos. This location is always busy and food/pizza is always good. Service has always been great. Location could use a facelift!
It's been a while since eating here. The food seemed to be of a lesser quality than before. Mozzarella sticks were smaller and less tasty than when I'd last had them. Still fast, friendly staff.

Food is sub-par at best. Not the quality I am used to with Papa Ginos. To over priced. Bread sticks were not even cooked and seemed to be from the microwave. The whole restaurant needs a deep clean.. floors, tables are nasty.. Absolutely horrified by the conditions of the men's room. Dirty and grimey. I had to mask up because the smell was so putrid. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will not eat here again.

Everything's great except they don't give you an option to tip their employees on card transactions. No excuse for that.
Not impressed at all ! Steak & Cheese sub, 2 slices of cheese pizza. Didn’t even or should I say couldn’t even eat this food . Steak was definitely cooked on a dirty grill. Pizza looked old. Will NOT return to this specific Papa Gino’s! Yuck! Total waste of money. Threw sub and pizza in trash , broke out a back-up can of ravioli as I sat in my hotel room.
