The absolute best papaginos pizza I've had at any location. The 3 woman crew, top notch!!!! I'll make this my go to papaginos when wanting pizza, despite other locations much closer to home.
I've had a couple bad experiences at this location but the most recent one put me in the mood where I felt like it's time to finally write the review. I ordered three items on the website from this location. It was said the food would be done in 20 to 25 minute. I showed up after 25 minutes and the food was nowhere to be seen. At first they told me they thought a doordasher might have accidentally mixed up the food and picked up my order these things happen all the time, makes sense. However, the individual I spoke to asked around and it was revealed that while they had received the order, nobody had actually started working on it extremely unfortunate, but these things happen. They asked me how long I'd be able to wait to have the order completed, but unfortunately I was pressed for time and I was not able to wait the additional 20 to 25 minutes for the order to be completed. I asked them to cancel the order and they informed me that the money should be returned to my card the following day. This is extremely frustrating as this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me at this location. I also now have the responsibility I'm checking my bank to ensure that they actually did refund my money. All the while I'm still hungry and and mildly annoyed. **Update: I was DEFINITELY charged contrary to the response. However, I spoke with the store manager and and she politely explained the situation their online ordering system experienced an outage. She was good about it and we got the situation resolved.**
I ordered my food on line and was told my food would be easy at 12:40 p.m. on 4/16/2023. I showed up 5 minutes early and was told I had to wait 20 more minutes for my food to be ready. I asked why I had to wait 20 more minutes when the on line app said my food would be ready at 12:40 p.m. and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I get the worst service when I use this Papa Gino's. This location wasn't even busy when I went in to pick up my order. The staff is just lazy and moves at their own pace. They need new staff working there . Maybe new management if they can't get orders out on time at all.
Never again. Sandwich was gross. Cheese bread was stale. The lady behind the counter who took our order was nice but there is no excuse for the food to be gross!!Food: 2/5
Ordered a pizza with split toppings, which were done incorrectly and for the pizza to be well done. It wasn't well done more raw than well done and unfortunately didnt come with much cheese as evidenced in the photo. I get the employees wanted to finish closing up but this was a sorry experience at best.
Yeah tbh there was this 1 nice lady I think she was a manager or something. Usually in these kinds of places/franchised chains they suck and the service is either terrible or too polite. The gal met right in the middle and asked me to leave a review. So I did. It was a nice experience.
Disappointed with delivery! Ordered pizza at 3:50 pm and was told it would be delivered at 4:25 pm. At 4:15 pm I was told the food was on its way. I watched the GPS showing the driver going everywhere but to my home. I food eventually arrived cold at 5:00 pm... ridiculous!!
Don’t order from here if you want to actually receive your pizza. Ordered delivery around 6:45pm, estimated time of delivery was 7:48pm. Pizza never showed up, and when we pulled up order details, the phone number that our order was placed under was somehow a different phone number than what was entered. The store is now closed as of 8pm, and it’s now almost 9pm and still no pizza. An email to guest service has already been sent for a refund. Dominos will be getting our business instead from now on.
Come to this location multiple times a week. Staff is always friendly and professional! Definitely the best papa Gino’s around Worcester area !
Great food but don't expect your food to be ready at the time scheduled. Expect to wait around 10 to 15 minutes.
