Richard is the best real estate broker around! He first helped me with renting out my condo in Mimico. As a first time landlord, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Richard eased all of my anxieties, gave me sound advice, and we were able to rent the place out very quickly to a reliable tenant. I then approached Richard about selling my condo and he advised that it was not the best time to sell but was thoughtful enough to keep me updated when the market took a turn hard to predict the Toronto real estate market these days! and worked quickly to list it for a fair price. I was able to get an offer over asking within days! I was ecstatic and once again, being the first property I sold, I did have my worries and Richard made the process so easy! Richard recommended that I got back in the market and once I was ready, I knew he was the only person that would be helping me find my next property. At this point, I introduced my boyfriend to Richard and we began our search for a home in Toronto not an easy task. Richard helped us look a home for almost 2 months. He was tremendously supportive throughout this entire process. He was always available to view houses, always sending us listings, giving us the best advice on what amounts were realistic when placing offers which was extremely helping given all the CRAZY bully offers we witnessed, and advising us on what we should be offering both in the offer amount and conditions with the offer to be amongst the competition. Richard was so encouraging everytime our offers weren't accepted. In a market I thought to be impossible, Richard was able to help us secure our first home as a couple in Toronto! Now, not only did I find the broker I am going to continue to use and recommend to anyone, but my boyfriend felt the same way. The story isn't over yet..as Richard was able to help us rent out this house within days to amazing tenants! He isn't joking about being a selling machine! What I appreciate the most about Richard is his honesty, humility, humour, and the friendship we have been able to build throughout this process.
